2. Subject of the Agreement

3.3 Currency / Exchange Rate Clause

Prices are determined in [currency]. For payments made in Turkish Lira, the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye effective selling exchange rate on the payment date shall apply.

4. Price Changes (Regulation Art. 9)

Tripora may reflect fuel price, port tax, airport tax, and exchange rate changes in the tour price, provided that such changes occur before 20 days prior to the start of the tour. If the increase exceeds 5% of the tour price, the Consumer may terminate the contract and receive a refund of all payments, or accept an equivalent alternative tour proposal.

5. Special Requests

Special requests made by the Consumer in writing become valid only if they are expressly accepted by Tripora:

6. Customer's Responsibilities

The Customer;

  1. declares that all information provided is true, current, and complete.

  2. is obliged to personally check passport validity, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements.

  3. must notify Tripora of any circumstances requiring a health declaration.

  4. undertakes to act in accordance with local laws throughout the tour.

  5. is responsible for third-party charges that cannot be collected (visa fee, consular fee, etc.).

  6. if making a reservation on behalf of third parties, must have obtained their written consent.

7. Withdrawal, Cancellation and Transfer

  • There is no 14-day general right of withdrawal for package tour contracts (Regulation Art. 6).

  • In case of cancellation caused by the Customer, a graduated deduction table applies (details: Cancellation and Refund Policy).

  • The Customer may transfer the contract to a third party at least 7 days before the start of the tour (Art. 8).

8. Amendment of the Agreement (Arts. 9-10)

If Tripora makes mandatory changes to material elements of the tour, it shall notify the Customer immediately. The Customer may accept the change within a reasonable time or terminate the contract and receive a refund within 14 days.

9. Tripora's Responsibilities and Compensation (Arts. 16-17)

In case of cancellation by Tripora, all amounts paid shall be refunded within 14 days; in cases other than force majeure, the compensation provided for in the regulation shall be paid.

If, after the tour has started, an incomplete or defective performance occurs, Tripora shall first remedy the deficiency; if this is not possible, it shall provide a price reduction or equivalent service; if a significant part of the tour cannot be performed, it shall arrange the Consumer's return transportation free of charge.

Tripora's liability is limited to 3 (three) times the total tour price. This limit does not cover bodily injury, intentional harm, gross negligence, or areas governed by international agreements.

10. Force Majeure

War, epidemic, natural disaster, closure of airspace, terrorist incidents, and similar unforeseeable and unavoidable situations are considered force majeure. Details are regulated in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. Mandatory Insurance (Law No. 1618 Art. 12)

This package tour organized by Tripora has Package Tour Mandatory Insurance:

The Customer is strongly advised to additionally purchase Travel Health Insurance and Cancellation Insurance.

12. Personal Data Protection

The Customer's personal data are processed within the framework of the KVKK Information Notice and the Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints and Notices

If no satisfactory resolution is reached, the Consumer has the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, and to the TÜRSAB Arbitration Board (tursab.org.tr).

14. Competent Court

In disputes, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices and the Consumer Arbitration Committees/Courts are competent. The law of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply.

16. Acknowledgment and Signature

The Consumer declares and accepts that they have read this Agreement and its annexes, received the Pre-Information Form at least 24 hours before the tour sale, understood all rights and obligations, and reviewed the KVKK Information Notice and the relevant policies.

This Agreement has been prepared in 2 (two) copies, one copy of which has been given to the Consumer.
