This Package Tour Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded between the consumer ("Customer"), whose identity and contact information are detailed below, and TRIPORA GROUP TURİZM GAYRİMENKUL VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Tripora"), in accordance with the Regulation on Package Tour Agreements published in the Official Gazette dated 14.01.2015 and numbered 29236, the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, and the Law on Travel Agencies and Association of Travel Agencies No. 1618.

3.3 Foreign Currency / Exchange Rate Clause

Prices are determined in [currency]. For payments to be made in Turkish Lira, the CBRT effective selling rate of the payment day shall be taken as the basis.

4. Price Changes (Regulation Art. 9)

Tripora may reflect changes in fuel prices, port taxes, airport taxes, and foreign exchange rates in the tour price, provided that it is done at least 20 days before the start of the tour. If the increase exceeds 5% of the tour price, the Consumer may terminate the agreement and receive a full refund of all payments or accept the proposed equivalent alternative tour.

Special requests of the Consumer that gain validity only upon explicit written acceptance by Tripora:

6. Customer's Responsibilities

The Customer;

  1. Declares that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

  2. Is under the obligation to personally check the passport validity period, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements.

  3. Is obliged to notify Tripora of cases requiring health status statements.

  4. Undertakes to act in compliance with local regulations during the tour.

  5. Is responsible for non-collectible third-party fees (visa fee, consulate fee, etc.).

  6. Must have obtained written approval if making reservations on behalf of third parties.

7. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Transfer

  • There is no 14-day general right of withdrawal in package tour agreements (Regulation Art. 6).

  • In case of cancellation caused by the Customer, a graduated deduction table is applied (detail: Cancellation and Refund Policy).

  • The Customer may transfer the agreement to a third party at least 7 days before the tour starts (Art. 8).

8. Amendment of the Agreement (Art. 9-10)

In the event of mandatory modifications in the significant components of the tour, Tripora shall immediately notify the Customer. The Customer may accept the changes within a reasonable time or terminate the agreement and receive a full refund within 14 days.

9. Liabilities and Compensation of Tripora (Art. 16-17)

In case of cancellation by Tripora, all paid amounts are refunded within 14 days; in cases other than force majeure, the compensation prescribed in the regulation is paid.

If deficient or defective performance occurs after the tour starts, Tripora primarily resolves the deficiency, or if not possible, offers a price reduction or equivalent services. If a significant part of the tour cannot be performed, it provides the Consumer's return organization free of charge.

Tripora's liability is limited to 3 (three) times the total tour price. This limit does not cover bodily injury, intentional damage, gross negligence, and areas determined by international conventions.

10. Force Majeure

War, epidemics, natural disasters, airspace closures, terrorist incidents, and similar unforeseeable and unavoidable situations are considered force majeure. Details are regulated under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. Compulsory Insurance (Law No. 1618 Art. 12)

For this package tour organized by Tripora, Compulsory Package Tour Insurance is available:

The Customer is strongly advised to additionally purchase Travel Health Insurance and Cancellation Insurance.

12. Protection of Personal Data

The Customer's personal data is processed within the scope of the KVKK Clarification Text and Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints and Notifications

In unsatisfactory situations, the Consumer has the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts and the TÜRSAB Arbitration Committee (tursab.org.tr).

14. Authorized Court

In disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) and Consumer Arbitration Committees/Courts are authorized. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.

16. Agreement and Signature

The Consumer declares and accepts that they have read this Agreement and its annexes, received the Pre-Information Form at least 24 hours prior to the tour sale, understood all their rights and obligations, and reviewed the KVKK Clarification Text and respective policies.

The agreement has been prepared in 2 (two) copies, and one copy has been delivered to the Consumer.
