This form contains the information that must be provided in writing to the Consumer at least 24 hours before the package tour sale pursuant to Article 5 of the Package Tour Contracts Regulation.

9. Not Included in the Price

Example: Visa fee and consultancy fee, personal expenses, tips, optional tours, hotel extras, lunches/dinners not included in the program, travel health insurance (purchase strongly recommended).

• For Turkish citizens: Burgundy / New Chip Passport is required.

11. Minimum Number of Participants and Cancellation Threshold

• If this number is not reached, the tour may be canceled by Tripora no later than 20 days before the departure date; all collected fees will be refunded within 14 days.

13. Cancellation, Change and Withdrawal Conditions

• There is no 14-day right of withdrawal in package tour contracts (Regulation Art. 6).

• A graduated deduction table applies for customer-initiated cancellations (details: Cancellation and Refund Policy).

• The customer may transfer the contract to a third party at least 7 days before the tour start date.

• In the event of cancellation/change by Tripora, your rights are regulated in Articles 9, 10 and 16 of the Regulation.

14. Right to Price Change (Art. 9)

Tripora may reflect changes in fuel, taxes, all port/airport fees and exchange rates in the price, provided they are made before 20 days of the tour start. For increases exceeding 5%, the Customer may terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
