In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), it is mandatory to obtain your explicit consent for the data processing activities specified below by TRIPORA GROUP TURİZM GAYRİMENKUL VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Tripora"). Your consent is given with your free will, on an informed basis, and regarding a specific subject, as explained in detail in the KVKK Clarification Text.

We kindly request you to read our KVKK Clarification Text before giving your explicit consent.

Data Controller

1. Commercial Electronic Message (Marketing Permission)

In accordance with the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages:

I give my explicit consent to Tripora for sending new tours, campaigns, discounts, special offers, surveys, and other marketing-content communications to me via e-mail, SMS, automatic calls, WhatsApp, and other electronic channels.

This permission is recorded within the scope of the Message Management System (İYS), and you can withdraw it at any time via iys.org.tr or Tripora communication channels. Your withdrawal request will be implemented within 3 business days.

2. Consent for Processing Special Categories of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 6 of the KVKK, special categories of personal data (health information, preferences based on religious beliefs, etc.) can only be processed with explicit consent.

I give my explicit consent for Tripora to process my health declaration, current illness information, medication usage status, allergens, mobility restrictions, other medical needs, and food preferences based on religious/personal beliefs (halal, kosher, vegetarian, etc.) safety and comfort during the tour, and to share this information when necessary with the tour operator, hotel, airline, transfer company, insurance, and healthcare organizations.

3. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

In accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK, the transfer of personal data abroad is subject to certain conditions.

For the performance of international package tours, I give my explicit consent to share my personal data (identity, contact, passport, and health data when necessary) with hotels, transfer companies, airlines, consulates, visa service providers, and travel insurance companies in the destination countries, including EU member states.

4. Profiling and Personalized Content

I give my explicit consent to Tripora to analyze my travel preferences, past reservations, areas of interest, and behavioral data to offer me personalized tour recommendations, campaign notifications, and content.

5. Data Processing via Cookies and Similar Technologies

I give my explicit consent to the collection and processing of my personal data with cookies for performance, analytical, and marketing purposes (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, etc.) on the Tripora website. I have read the Cookie Policy for detailed information.

6. Voice and Video Recording

I give my explicit consent to record the voice/video of the telephone conversations and online meetings held with Tripora in order to improve customer service quality, audit sales processes, and constitute evidence in potential disputes.

7. Tour Photos and Videos

I give my explicit consent to the taking of my group photos and images by the Tripora guide/photographer during the tours I participate in, and to the use of these images on Tripora's website, social media accounts, and marketing materials.

This consent can be withdrawn at any time; in this case, Tripora will take action to remove the content within a reasonable time.

Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

You always have the right to withdraw your explicit consent at any time without stating any reason. Your withdrawal requests can be submitted via:

channels. Following the receipt of your withdrawal request by Tripora, future data processing will be stopped. Transactions carried out prior to the withdrawal are lawful.

I have read the above clauses and reviewed the KVKK Clarification Text. I accept, declare, and undertake that all the choices I have marked in my consent declaration are given of my own free will, on an informed basis, and can be withdrawn as such at any time I wish.
