In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), it is mandatory to obtain your explicit consent regarding the data processing activities specified below by TRIPORA GROUP TOURISM REAL ESTATE AND CONSULTANCY LIMITED COMPANY ("Tripora"). Your consent is given freely, on an informed basis, and for a specific matter, as explained in detail in the KVKK Information Notice.

We kindly ask you to read our KVKK Information Notice before giving your explicit consent.

Data Controller

1. Commercial Electronic Message (Marketing Consent)

In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages:

I give explicit consent for Tripora to send me new tours, campaigns, discounts, special offers, surveys, and other marketing communications via email, SMS, automated calls, WhatsApp, and other electronic channels.

This permission is recorded within the scope of the Message Management System (IYS) and may be withdrawn at any time via iys.org.tr or Tripora communication channels. Your withdrawal request will be implemented within 3 business days.

2. Consent to Process Special Categories of Personal Data

Under Article 6 of the KVKK, special categories of personal data (health information, preferences based on religious beliefs, etc.) may only be processed with explicit consent.

During the tour, I give explicit consent for Tripora to process my health declaration, current illnesses, medication usage, allergens, mobility restrictions, other medical needs, and meal preferences based on my religious/personal beliefs (halal, kosher, vegetarian, etc.) that may be necessary for my safety and comfort, and, where necessary, to share them with the tour operator, hotel, airline, transfer company, insurance, and healthcare institutions.

3. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

Under Article 9 of the KVKK, the transfer of personal data abroad is subject to certain conditions.

I give explicit consent for my personal data (identity, contact, passport, and, where necessary, health data) to be shared, for the purpose of executing overseas package tours, with hotel, transfer company, airline, consulate, visa service provider, and travel insurance companies in the countries I will visit, including EU member states.

4. Profiling and Personalized Content

I give explicit consent for Tripora to analyze my travel preferences, past reservations, interests, and behavioral data and provide me with personalized tour recommendations, campaign notifications, and content.

5. Data Processing Through Cookies and Similar Technologies

I give explicit consent for the collection and processing of my personal data through cookies used on the Tripora website for performance, analytics, and marketing purposes (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, etc.). I have read the Cookie Policy for detailed information.

6. Audio and Video Recording

I give explicit consent for audio/video recording of telephone calls and online meetings with Tripora for purposes of improving customer service quality, monitoring sales processes, and serving as evidence in possible disputes.

7. Tour Photos and Videos

I give explicit consent for my group photo and images to be taken by the Tripora guide/photographer during the tours I attend, and for these images to be used on Tripora's website, social media accounts, and marketing materials.

This consent may be withdrawn at any time; in that case, Tripora will take action to remove it from publication within a reasonable time.

Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

You have the right to withdraw the explicit consents you have given at any time, without giving any reason. Your withdrawal requests:

may be communicated through the channels. Upon receipt of your withdrawal request by Tripora, future data processing will be stopped. Processing carried out prior to consent is lawful.

I have read the above items and reviewed the KVKK Information Notice. I accept, declare, and undertake that all preferences I marked in my consent declaration were given of my own free will, after being informed, and may be withdrawn at any time.
